Can't deploy on insertion beacon if there is another person's icon above it

Summarize your bug can't deploy on deployable spot (insertion beacon/vehicle/deploy on TDM) if there is some teammate's icon overlapping it (which blocks it and you can't deploy on that person because they are in combat)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? -place insertion beacon -wait for teammate to be in the same area and be in combat -try to deploy on beacon or teammate
What happens when the bug occurs? teammate's icons appears to be the topmost/prioritized so when teammate is in combat you are unable to deploy on teammate and you can't click through to deploy on any other spot that may be underneath
What should be happening instead? you should be able to click and deploy on any option available underneath the cursor. if teammate is in combat - deploy on vehicle/insertion beacon, if vehicle is full - deploy on insertion beacon.
i'm not able to spawn on insertion beacon marker/spawn marker in TDM if there is teammate's icon above it and it's in combat.
