This driver (rzpnk.sys) belongs to Razer. More specifically, it is related to the Razer Game Scanner / Razer Cortex module (often installed with the Razer Synapse or Razer Cortex software).
Here are some solutions that may help you :
Update Synapse:
download the latest version from the Razer website.
If that doesn't work you can go to:
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\rzpnk.sys
- Find rzpnk.sys and rename it rzpnk.sys.backup , but it is better to uninstall/update it.
