Cant get past "Connecting to online services"

Issues at the moment connecting for OCE players?

Asked about 15 people that I play with and all of them are reporting they cant get in at all.

"Connecting to online services" is just stuck on an endless loop. And yup, been through the connection troubleshooting guide, rebooted, verified etc etc
