Can't initate call-ins (RB+LB) when grenade throw is mapped to RB (Xbox)

Summarize your bug I have my throw grenade mapped the right bumpers and whenever I go to do a call-in by pressing the right bumper and left bumper at the same time (Ranger, etc.) it either throws a grenade or goes to the menu to customize my weapon.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Map your throw grenade to the right bumper and try and do a call-in by pressing both RB+LB at the same time.
What happens when the bug occurs? My character will either throw a grenade or get into the menu to customize my weapon attachments.
What should be happening instead? I should get to the call-in menu
