can't join a game in BF2042

When I try to enter a game room, the screen goes black and returns to the main menu.

I had crossplay disabled and always played "Team Deathmatch", and starting on May 18th, this problem appeared. I haven't been able to play with crossplay disabled since.

I enabled crossplay and I can play now, but it still happens, although less frequently.

I contacted EA support, but it didn't help at all. 

Today I insisted on the problem and they responded " I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is a known issue, and players across different regions are experiencing it. Our team is aware and is working on a fix. Thank you for your patience."
