Can't load game or playera

Hello I've been playing battlefield for quite sometime.  For the past 2 weeks when a game loads no other players join and can't ever get into a game. I've tried restarting the console and router and still doesn't load. Any suggestions would be great.  Maybe wonder if i was hacked. TIA
