BF2042 Gold Edition - GONE from Account

Hello, I'm asking for help: Battlefield 2042 Gold Edition on PC, which I purchased before its release on November 11, 2021, has disappeared from my account. I haven't played for about six months. After launching the EA App, it asked me for an update, couldn't verify the files, and asked me to redownload the game... when I uninstalled it, it disappeared from my account. 0.o I see that user "Warmastercj" had a similar problem, but he didn't receive any help other than the message "Moved post from a different Battlefield forum"...

 

What about the problem? Where is the game? 0.o

    by entering the SN, it finds the game and the account... but by pressing "confirm"....

    I know it was used. over 4 years ago... by me, and the game is not in the account.

    Hello ISeeY0u​,

    is there a reason given in the EA app for why the game was removed?

    Where did you originally buy the keys for the game from?
