Can't log in and play

Purchased the game and have reset my password about 5 times have an account for Xbox and it still will not allow me in to play the game. Is there a phone number I could call because I keep getting a loop when I try and start a new case or should I just dispute the charge for buy the game?

    Are you  sure you're logging in to the right account?

    I recommend checking out THIS article that will explain you the whole unlinking platform account process.

    If you won't be able to solve the issue then you can always contact an EA Advisor directly using an online chat HERE.

    they're just gonna ban your account. then they wont have to deal with you anymore, since bans are irreversable. its their way of "hanging up on you"
