cant play battlefield 2042 - ERROR - player removed from game - player disconne

Hi, i have PS4 (playstation 4) and i have recently bought battlefield 2042. I cant connect into battlefield 2042 servers and play the game. every time i try to connect the game i receive this error...

I posted the same issue a few days ago and nothing, contacted ea support and they did nothing for me. this game is a mess.
