Can't play battlefield with friends on the same network

We live about 30km's away from each other and neither of us use any sort of VPN service so I don't think this could be the case right?

    Hi there, 

    thank you for your response. 

    We have separate copies of the game as well as separate Playstation + subscriptions. 

    Any help is appreciated.

        Hi @Weems420, sorry for the delay. Do you get any error codes it only happens when its only you 2 in a party or starting the game?
