Your response is vague and the issue persists. Do a simple google search for the same subject. I bought this on steam for 4 members of my family who like to play this on the same network and against bots because of rampant public toxicity. We are experiencing the same issues as countless others. Please provide a fix for the issue or give us all refunds. It is somewhat ridiculous in this day and age to say a LAN party connecting to the same server to play together is asking for trouble. STOP making us join EA servers to play a game we purchased. Fix the servers and stop abandoning titles to move on to the next one that will inevitably have the same stupid issues spanning decades.
