I have been having these issues since early December. I put down the game for a while hope it that it would go away but it hasn’t. I tried reinstalling the game last night and that hasn’t helped at all.

With the release of Update 3.2, which was released today (31 Jan. 2023, 9 am UTC), are you still experiencing this issue or do you notice any improvements?It's not as bad as it was before. I can now join regular multiplayer games but can only play one round, then after that, I get a queue error half the time when I try and join another round. For solo games, it works 60% of the time now which is definitely an improvement.
