Can't Pre-Load Battlefield 2042: Gold Edition (on EA Desktop App or Origin)

I can't pre-load Battlefield 2042 Gold Edition neither on Origin or EA Desktop App. I don't know i am the only having this problem it just won't let me download.  "There's a problem with your downlo...

    According to most players on Origin and EA Desktop are suffering and some found an easy way.
    "Just ask for the refund and Pre-Order again and you can pre-load the game without any issue."

I've been suspecting that the problem was probably with the payment too. If that is the case i should do what you are suggesting.
