Having this issue as well, no fix yet.
I can confirm the problem is still happening for me.
My friend and I were talking about this more, and it seems like this particular bundle came out for free for everyone at some point as a loyalty reward. So, it's essentially pretty rare for someone who still plays to not have it, let alone need to buy the bundle.
We figure that's why an issue so blatant can exist on the server-side, only a select few are even eligible to purchase it, and so only a select few encounter the problem while trying. Either that, or DICE didn't even bother to get the product working in the store, and something about the fact that it was given away for free is clashing with the ability to buy the bundle.
My advice is to do what I did, and just buy the parts of the bundle that really appeal to you. It's less value, sure, but DICE probably won't ever fix this, knowing their patch and fix schedule even on major issues, so...
Thanks for confirming someone else is having this issue, it's nice to see that it's definitely on DICE's end.

Hi @Pupper_Momo, a quick question did you have Origin Overlay running and nothing blocking it?

No, I don't ever have that enabled, because it causes problems exactly like this one. That disabling an overlay created by EA is a troubleshooting step for software under the same umbrella is baffling...
