Cant revive downed allies near walls or objects

Summarize your bug When someone is in the downed state on a staircase, they cannot be revived.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Kill someone on a staircase and have a medic try to revive them.
What happens when the bug occurs? The player cannot be revived, the prompt to revive doesn't appear.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to revive the player.

When someone is in the downed state on a staircase, they cannot be revived.

It happens every time we played as a squad with my friends and whenever a friend was downed near walls or objects nobody could revive. Also squads need a lot of work

It happens very often that I can't revive fallen Ally. Problem seems to happen even more often when ally died on stairs, right next  to the walls or behind irish shield.

Agree, many allies I have gone to revive there is no option to hold square to revive at all...If they are next to any structure or crate etc, they often are unrevivable. Also it would be handy if it was easier to see when you are dead if you team are around, or how far away is the medic (like in previous titles) As a medic, I would like people to know I may be coming to revive them.

Can say for certain but we noticed that if the head clips anything at all you can't revive!

My squad keeps thinking I'm faking reviving them! haha

I have also noticed now twice that when I am killed when climbing an item (wall, boxes, etc.)m I am stuck in a mode where I can't "tap out" or call for revive.  And no medic van revive me.

Summarize your bug Unable to revive downed players if they are close to another object such as wall other other level features.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get another player in a downed state near a wall and try revive them.
What happens when the bug occurs? Paddles do nothing, no interact option on the downed player.
What should be happening instead? see interact button (e on pc) and player is revived as normal.

Makes reviving players a lot of the time impossible.

Summarize your bug When someone is downed next too wall sometimes you can’t revive him. Option don’t showing up on screen.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Need play on public server and try revive someone who’s been shoot next to wall
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t revive teammates
What should be happening instead? Option to revive show up on screen “press square”

As above when someone is downed too close to wall , option for reviving don’t show up. It doesn’t happen very often tho but it is present time to time. 

I have also had this issue, to be more clear it specifically happens when the players head is against the wall and their feet are at your feet, generally if their head is against your feet, but their feet are against or clipping into the wall you can still revive them. (playing on PS5)
