Cant skip start video

Hello, i downloaded game but cant to play, when i running the game i cant skip video from the universe, how fix it?

    @Safarija system info and network info wouid be nice !
    Did repair/verify your game files already , done by your gameplatform ?

    Im playing with EA Play. I understood already how this is works. I can running the game a few times and cant play, only can see video, i close the game and next time I running the game again and game is working and I see menu and can play.

    same trouble, with steam, a verify folder but i need to close with Alt+f4 and open again every day ☹️
