Can't spawn in conquest

Summarize your bug Can't spawn in conquest. Happened at the very start of the round. Also unable to see specialist, weapon etc. in spawn menu.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. Happened randomly.
What happens when the bug occurs? Not able to spawn. Spawn menu lacks pictures of weapons.
What should be happening instead? Should spawn + see my loadout.

Unsure if this has been posted already, if so, sorry. Saw post about it happening on breakthrough, but nothing in conquest..

    Was able to spawn in by choosing specialist and weapon blindly. But what ever I choose, it's always the starter assault rifle, and grenades, no extra gadget...

    I get this bug about 75% of the time I try to play 2042. Switch to portal and easily spawn, but 2042 it just doesn’t let me until I switch ops, but then I just have base m5, pistol, grenades, and whatever op ability
