Cant swap ammunition when using alternate controller button configuration

Summarize your bug When switching controller solider button configuration to alternate in games options menu. Weapon ammunition type cannot be switch from plus system menu as the game defaults to melee animation instead of cycling thru ammunition type.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Switch controller soldier buttons to alternate
What happens when the bug occurs? Melee animation occurs and brings you out of plus system menu
What should be happening instead? You should be able to swap between available ammunition types
Issue not server based but error in binding of buttons for alternate controller configuration
