I have cleared the cache but it didnt do anything fyi.
Still dont got the new uppdate, does anybody have any idea what might be the problem? Still on version 3.1.0.
Anyone with any thoughts?

Hi,
1- Check your internet connection
2- Clear the ea app cache.
3- Sign out and then sign in to ea account in the ea app.
4- Update the game using an ethernet cable or get closer to the router.
5- Close any other programs that could impact your internet stability or downloading things in backgrounds.
6- Click on repair the game first and then try to update.
7- Update the game using another windows account.

Thanks for the reply but i have done all that and still dont work for me.
Reinstalled game didnt work either….i can play, but just not with the latest uppdate obv, anyone else who can help?
- Hard_Attack_HD3 years agoNew Scout@YkselOvsmanovski First it could be that the update 3.1.2 is not yet available in your region, or you have invalid date on your machine. If not then I would suggest you to delete the ea app completely and download it again from the internet (use another windows account and run this as administrator). If all of this didn’t work contact the ea support in the ea app and explain your issue..

I just replied to your DM about the same question. 🙂
There's currently an in-game version mismatch that still shows that you have 3.1.0 installed, while you actually do have 3.1.2 installed. This is something that is known to the team and they're aware of it. It is just a mismatch in visual numbers in the game client, nothing to be worried about. 🙂
If you have recently updated the game and there are no other updates available (update 3.1.2 launched last Tuesday), you have the correct version installed.
