Casper's drone doesn't EMP enemies vehicles.

Summarize your bug Casper's drone not EMPing vehicles
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure other people says their Casper drones works, just not mine.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to get close to the vehicle, such as a helicoptor, a tank, or a buggy, and i right-click to aim at the vehicle, and then i try to left click to fire the emp but it doesn't work. (there are no indicator that displays when the drone is preparing it's emp to be fired)
What should be happening instead? The vehicle should be disabled for about 10 seconds
I'll be playing and then i'll try to disable a tank, so ill get out my drone, and fly it over to the tank, and then ill press the right mouse button to make the camera zoom in and take aim at the tank. The next thing that should be happening is that there'll be an indicator that displays that the emp's being loaded and ready to fire. This display doesn't happen, and left-mouse clicking doesn't do anything.
If this is revelant, im wearing casper's midnight bundle outfit, first sniper rifle, C5, and the 2nd knife (forgot what it was called). I'm also using smoke grenades, and the first pistol.
