Character model, weapon models or both turn invisible

This happens like almost every match now to me. Mostly after I die. The character mode, the weapon models or both turn invisible and don't come back until I restart. At the same time, the audio breaks and I cannot quit back to the main menu. If I finish the round like this, there is an infinite black screen. I cannot even quit the game over the taskbar because the EA App then tells me to first end the session. WHICH I WOULD IF I COULD. So I have to kill the task in the taskmanager.

I am playing on Windows 11, Radeon 7900XTX, Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB RAM, game installed on an NVME.
