I tried to purchase the 5,000 coin pack in Battlefield 2042 and received an error that the purchase had been canceled. I tried two more times thinking maybe something bugged and received the same error each time. I decided I'd check into it later and played a couple games. After returning to the menu I noticed I had 15,000 coins and the all 3 charges went through (Order # 1009360825832). I spoke to the live chat to explain the situation and get a refund for the 2 unintentional purchases and was, essentially, told there was nothing they could do.
I have seen multiple posts on this forum of the exact same issue dating as far back as April (possibly sooner, I didn't exactly dig) which means this bug has been known for over 4 months and still exists. I feel like refunding based on a known bug is a pretty reasonable request.
