Choosing operator won't allow me to choose Loadout

I'm on PS5 and sometimes when i load into a game and choose my operator, it wont let me choose a loadout or edit any weapons. When i click on loadout it's just empty and im stuck with whatever gun th...

@PantyDropper0920 Having the exact same problem with every game I try and get into unless I use portal which then doesn't give me any xp 🤦‍♂️. Thanks EA for releasing yet ANOTHER broken game.
