Class Mastery Badges are no longer progressing since Season 5

Since the launch of Season 5 my class mastery for engineer and support are no longer progressing. They are both stuck at the top of T2. I’ve tried repairing files, reinstalling the game, different...

Hey all,

In which game mode exactly are you trying to level up these masteries?

For example, Portal with AI-enabled doesn't allow you to progress these kinds of masteries (you can only level up weapons/vehicles/classes etc. up to Mastery Level 12 in Portal with PvP AI & Solo/Co-op).

    Regular game mode, all maps. 

    AI-enabled game playing will only level to T3, and the issue I've discovered is going from T2 to T1.

    Tried again yesterday and got the same result.

    @EA_Leeuw All standard game modes on all maps. Conquest and breakthrough multiplayer. I’ve tried testing every game mode available and nothing will get these badges to move. Strangely I can get the recon and assault mastery to progress however engineer and support are stuck at the top of T2. Engineer and support are the two classes I was playing when season five update went live and the stat tracking issues started. I didn’t touch assault and recon during this time and these two are fine.
