My support badge mastery went from 1800 revives prior to season 5 and dropped to exactly 1000 after Season 5 released being unable to further the progress beyond T2 as it is stuck at 1000 revives. Playing in Public lobbies with other players yields no result and the tracker is frozen at 1000 revives as a result. Having it fixed with would be greatly appreciated as it seems to be the only case in regards to the masteries that is unable to be counted towards the progress that I have to deal with

The issue has been passed on to the teams for investigation.
I cannot create a new ticket through the Case portal regarding this issue. My Recon Class progression stopped at Tier 2 as show in the image below.
Any updates on this? I have been stuck at T3 for a month+ now. I would easily be T1 now, yet I am stuck and it won't even move 1 revive over T3. How is this even possible?
btw, if you haven't noticed, it has been a ghost town in here recently for official responses, they have moved on from this title.
How is this the solution, is this a joke?
I am experiencing the same issue with Recon and Support class badges.

yep my DM7 mastery badge isnt going up anymore no matter how many kills i get
