Class Mastery Badges are no longer progressing since Season 5

Since the launch of Season 5 my class mastery for engineer and support are no longer progressing. They are both stuck at the top of T2. I’ve tried repairing files, reinstalling the game, different...

Any updates on this? I have been stuck at T3 for a month+ now. I would easily be T1 now, yet I am stuck and it won't even move 1 revive over T3. How is this even possible?

btw, if you haven't noticed, it has been a ghost town in here recently for official responses, they have moved on from this title.

@Adamonic What’s even more ridiculous is that the thread is marked as “solved” only because a CM said it’s been passed onto “the teams”. It’s not solved, it’s been broken for months and no info shared as to cause or the potential of a fix. My support class has been stopped at 1000 for a couple of months, I’d have T1d it long ago.

@EA_LeeuwIt’s still not tracking the support class badge, doesn’t seem a hard thing to fix. Been stuck at 1000 for weeks now. Been here since early release and every patch just breaks new things. Was hoping redux would bring a fix, but nope. Just more bugs including the horrific network connection in Rush XL. I’m the idiot for continuing to play and still hoping for miracles. **update - it unlocked without fanfare last night, maybe the night before on Aug 31st. On PC, no special actions taken.

My support class badge is not updating. I don't know how to fix it.

The same for me. Thier response was to uninstall the game and reinstall it. No avail. Its still not working as of this morning

This doesn’t help. Problem is still persisting.

over a year , many updates since
But still same issue...no track on some badges
