Ping issues

Game was fine before the update running around 10ping now it will randomly jump to 100+ 

CPU usage has gone up but I’ve resolved that issue but game still rubber bands. I’ve cleared shader cache reinstalled drivers and added user.config settings but game is basically unplayable still. This is especially noticeable on certain maps like contamination. 

on top of that there’s some other bugs like all weapons displaying zero until you click into them. Spawning under floor and then snapping back to surface. 

Edit now I can’t connect to online service
