    To anyone who finds this post, I finally got the achievement. The description says that you need to extract without anyone on your team dying, but the reality is that you need to go without anyone on your team going down. A lot of people, myself included, equated getting the Escape Artist tag to the achievement, because they’re worded the exact same, but the achievement is supposed to say “without anyone on your team going down.” Hope this helps you guys out, not that your randoms will.

Summarize your bug Trophies are not popping when requirements are met.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to unlock a trophy.
What happens when the bug occurs? Trophies don't pop properly, examples being lvl15 trophy pops at lvl16. Then trophies like Clean Exit don't pop, but I've seen reports of them popping when you do it TWICE.
What should be happening instead? Trophies popping correctly when requirements are met.

Trophies on PS5 (and I assume Xbox as well?) are not popping correctly. For the vast majority this isn't a big deal, like the level 15 trophy pops when you hit level 16 for example. But the biggest issue I have is Clean Exit, this is incredibly hard to do with 3 random teammates. I managed to achieve this and got the Player Card tag (as shown in screenshot) but no trophy was awarded.

I'm hoping there will be an update released that makes this trophy pop (along with all others) when the requirements have already been met. Players shouldn't be forced to meet the requirements a second time, especially when our accounts have proof of achieving it (in this case the Escape Artist tag).

I commented on this post earlier, gotta come back to break some bad news. Apparently the achievement is NOT tied to the Escape Artist tag. The achievement says to extract without anyone dying, but it means extract without anyone going down, which is arguably even more difficult. I finally got it after a week of grinding but I think it’s definitely a problem that the description of the achievement is improperly worded and leading people to believe they got it when they didn’t.

    Nah, why would there be a special icon for it if that wasn't the in game reward for this hard task. As far as I know there is a special icon for finishing an extraction w/o anyone going down so...

    I think it's just bugged like some other trophies that aren't popping level wise for example. You prob just got lucky that one time you did it or by repeating it. I'd rather hear EA-DICE actual answer to this issue because we shouldn't have to guess or repeat things anyway.

      Even worse got the ingame icon but not the trophy... annoying

    I extract without anybody die or go down, and dont unlock the trophy

      Popped straight away for me, all 4 alive, no one downed at all.

      I did get the Mackay one after sliding down a rope playing as Paik LOL.

    Unfortunately it’s still bugged. I extracted with a squad where no one went down. My squad mate got it but I didn’t.

    @jay52003 You wanna help me get the trophy?? You have a group of friends who can help? It’s frustrating and hard to find good people to get the trophy with. I had the same problem, completed, it 5 times, still no trophy. I can pay you, for help. Please I am desperate…

      Just had the perfect run and it didn't unlock- 4 player squad.  First game ever no one went down at any point (no revives) and all four were on the ship extraction. 

      It's bugged worse than I even thought- not just a bad description.  I read on a reddit post that groups have been boosting this and not getting it to pop.  Apparently, the most successful strategy is to have 3 get on the ship and have 1 player remain on the ground alive when the ship takes off- and to not have anyone go down.  But it seems bugged and random to a degree.

      If the dev team could just patch anyone having the Clean Exit banner has the trophy pop, this issue would be resolved

        Summarize your bug I can't unlock the clean exit trophy despite getting the clean exit banner;  I have fulfilled the conditions three times and the trophy has not popped;  I had a perfect run with a squad of 4 where no one ever was in the down state (no revives) and all four were on the ship and extracted and the trophy didn't pop.
