completely unplayable on HDD

if  u check on device management, as it constantly read over 15 MB/S, i dont know  why, this situatino just happen if u are downloadin on bitcomet , for an example, however it take only less than 10M...

    How much ram do you have? @GVlXxf

    and if you have the option to use an SSD I can only recommend it.
