I really want the BF team to solve my issue.
I have been getting a connection error 1:86001S:660035:4688822970:0B whenever trying to play the game.
I have done all troubleshooting and it is clearly a server-side issue.
I say this because I tested my friends account on the same device on the same network and his account can login but mine gives the error.

It's also not PSN related as I have the exact same issue on my PC.
I have contacted the EA live chat numerous times but they keep sending me the same basic and advanced troubleshooting guides, which I have done all and this does not change a thing.
How can I get this solved because the issue is at the server side of EA?

I have this problem too on my PC. In my case,after the error,my internet connection is shutting down and I am forced to perform a restart in order to restore my internet. I think that the problem is the new * anticheat software. I am unable to play the damn game since the beginning of the season 6.
