Connection issues

I would contact EA support but its for some resson impossible to get a human agent...

Issue: Persistent Mid-Match and Lobby Disconnection Loop
Error Code: 1:4688822970:-4685921B (Battlefield 2042 on PC)
SUMMARY OF LOCAL TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED:
Launcher Update & Cache Flush: Upgraded the legacy EA App to the modern platform framework (Blue Icon). Manually cleared the %localappdata%\Electronic Arts and %appdata%\EA Desktop cache folders to force a sterile launcher environment. Total Game Purge: Completely uninstalled Battlefield 2042 and manually deleted the physical installation folder to clear any corrupt legacy files. Completed a 100% fresh, clean download of the game assets. Manual Game Cache Deletion: Manually located and deleted the local game cache directories on the system storage to ensure no corrupted files remained before launching. I have also done the classic turn off and on. Does not work. Its not a networking issue because all my other programs funcion.
