In the meantime, here are a few community workarounds you may want to try, in case they help you get back into the game sooner:
- Uninstall the EA app, then reinstall it.
- Verify the game files on EA App while the game is closed.
- Disable the EA in-game overlay.
- Turn off any VPN or proxy software.
- Try changing your DNS settings to IPv4.
- Make sure the Windows DNS Client Service is enabled:
- Press Win + R, type regedit, and open the Registry Editor.
- Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache
- On the right side, double-click Start and set it to 3.
Please be careful when editing the registry, as changing the wrong value can affect Windows. If you’re not comfortable doing this, it may be best to skip that step. Thanks for your patience.
