Community Manager@Grischpel, ah, alright. That looks to be a generic 'Connection to EA servers has been lost' message. I would recommend taking a look at our connection troubleshooting guides to see if they can help you out. Alternatively, if they don't help, I would recommend trying to get in touch with your ISP.

- I use Google DNS in my Router
Advanced:
- I use a wired connection and my ping in speedtests are round about 12 till 13 ms
- I synced my windows time with ptbtime1.ptb.de
- I dont have problems in other games
