connection timeout -Battlefield 2042

hello all i got this error while i try to play the game for the first time  Error code:1:4688822970:15021:-8917511980:0B

What network set up do you have at home and do you have a 4g device that you can test network with? @xmohy

I have a dsl connection all related ports are opened on the modem and the game works fine after retry to connect for 5 or maybe 10 times its works fine with the same connection and same settings windows updated firewall is disabled and other online games works fine, i will try to access the game from mobile data and keep you posted
