Connection timeout since 3.2.0

I get the following error code when trying to connect since 3.2.0:
3:2904J:900I:-14176929830:16580992420015U P:84976237

2 days ago a could play without any problem and now i can not connect to a match. Is that a known issue?
How can i fix this?

I could fix it today. 3.2.0 was not installed correctly so i had to use the repair function, which installed the version again and now it works.
