Constant connectivity issues, booted back to lobby, and errors

Can't figure out what is going on. Started shortly after the last game update, and now I can't get a stable connection to play.

One of the below happens without fail.

-Game will start loading into a match, and will go to a black loading screen and kick me back to the lobby without error

-Same as above, but i'll get a message saying "game ended, all players disconnected"

-load into game and then get kicked back to the lobby from the deploy screen after a few seconds

-load into the game with a steady 30 ping, and then have constant rubber banding, players floating and flying, audio issues, etc. All the network warnings start popping up. completely unplayable.

- have reinstalled the game, removed the EA AC folder, all the cache, and the EA app. The issue was happening about 2-3 weeks ago and someone suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app and that fixed it right away, but after working for like 2 weeks it started gain today. Reinstalling the EA app didn't fix it this time. I'm at a loss, and can't play the game at all right now. I have over 200 hundred hours in this game since launch and I haven't experienced anything like this below.
