Constant freezes on Series X

My game keeps freezing for a few seconds in every single game. Every few games it will permanently freeze and sometimes crash or maybe even freeze my whole xbox. Thats absolutely inacceptable. This h...

@tmkvsbluerose Make sure you've updated your Xbox software, on Nov 23rd Xbox pushed a patch to fix a number of issues with Series X.

@EA_Atic Hi there! Yes, it is up to date. I can't find that performance graph section in the settings game menu. I would make a video when problems appear. On Hourglass I have encountered most situations.

Thanks! I am convinced that everything will be resolved. I really liked BF4 and I want to see all the good things in Bf2042. 🙂 @EA_Atic

@EA_AticSo the low FPS issues on Series X will be hopefully be fixed with next’s patch? And I’m talking literally 1 FPS matches identical to a slide show in certain maps such as Hourglass, Manifest and Discarded.

It’s not lag for me because I have gigabit speeds. Would be awesome if it’ll be truly be fixed next week like promised, though.

@EA_Atic Still experiencing severe FPS slowdowns on Series X when playing Hourglass, unfortunately, even with Xbox and game fully updated. Hmm.

I'm having freezing issues just randomly throughout my game play. Sometimes so bad I freeze and my series x completely shuts down. Bf2042 is the only game I have this issue with, so I know it's not my console. It stared way back somewhere around season 3 release and has not gone away. Socks when you know your gonna get top squad, but then freeze and rejoin your friends to only deprive them from top squad because I had to start all over with my points!

  Sorry to say but this has been actively reported for XBOX Series X users for well over a year now with no meaningful replies or help from EA/DICE.
  I keeping hoping one day, one of the many updates will solve but, until then just got to hope the console doesn’t brick up from one of the hard crashes caused by ONLY this game.
