Content from PS5 Ult. Edt. not usable on PC depite cross-commerce

Product: Battlefield 2042
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 5
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Collection
Please select your region Europe
On which server did this happen? All
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Everytime
Summarize your bug Despite the promised cross-commerce and cross-progression my PS5 Ultimate Edition content is not working on PC (Standard Edition). I can't select the skins and I bought the UE on PS5 only because cross-commerce was promised. I know it's a small bug and not that important, but probably easy to fix. Thanks.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy UE on PSN, buy SE on PC, play.
What happens when the bug occurs? Skins are not showing up / are not selectable.
What should be happening instead? Skins should be usable on PC, too.

Thanks.

BTW: Using this here on a mobile device is a pain.

As a reminder, we also have cross-progression functionality within Battlefield 2042, which will be shared across all platforms and travel with you wherever you go as long as you play on the same EA account. This means your unlocked progress and completed purchases in your PlayStation® copy of the game will carry over onto the Xbox or PC version, and vice versa.

For example, your new unlocked skin for your M5A3 assault rifle on PlayStation®, alongside your in-game progress such as Player Level and Mastery, carries with you if you now choose to jump into the action on Xbox Series X|S.

While there are a few limitations to cross-progression we want to make you aware of, such as Special Edition cosmetics, the Digital Artbook & Soundtrack, unspent Premium Currency and pre-order items not carrying over, we’re excited about giving you the freedom to play and progress wherever you choose to play.

  • I am having the same issue. This may be liable for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT for FALSE ADVERTISING.

  • I am aware that the digital art book and pre-order bonuses do not follow. But the year one pass is not a console specific or pre order purchase as such it should fall under the advertised cross commerce. Fix this error and give all of us foolish enough to fall for the maketing our advertised cross commerce. Cross progression is working for me, but non of my premium battle pass items have unlocked on pc.  I am aware that the person replying to these is likely not someone who can fix this directly, but please do what you can.

If you log back in to the PS5 it should unlock all the progress you done on PC @zaroxum

  • It does unlock on ps5 but I can't use any of the item cosmetics on pc. That's just cross progression not cross commerce.
