Phantom Charm

I have activated the radio on Haven to try and unlock the new Phantom Charm but no luck. I received the radio message from Hannah but the charm does not appear on screen not could I find it under weapon charms. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you fix it?

I even tried going back to Haven but this time I cannot interact with the radio, indicating that I have already done so before.

Thoughts anyone?
