Control unresponsive PS5
On game boot up the controller is completely unresponsive, can't even press X to connect to the server. I managed to connect to the server no problem as the center button still works allowing me to access PS5 menu, was able to go onto conquest and press Square to join a game, but this took me to the main menu and I couldn't do anything again, all buttons were unresponsive. Tried turning the controller on/off, restarting the game and restarting the PS5.
Managed to solve it after calling the Sony helpline, it was a PS5 issue not BF/EA. I had to reset the controller by pressing the switch on the back on the controller next to the Sony logo
