Summarize your bug I just started playing the beta and i'm getting this weird bug where while i'm shooting or running around my player randomly snaps looking straight down to the ground. Seems to happen often right when I engage in a fight with someone or a lot is happening on screen. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix yet?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I play with a PS5 controller on PC with program called "DS4Widnows" it works fine in every game but yours. Other than that everything else is normal
What happens when the bug occurs? when im engaging in a fight or alot is happeing on screen
What should be happening instead? the camera should not be snapping to the ground

  • Fixed the issue on my end by right clicking on the game in the Steam library, going to Properties, the Controller tab, and selecting "Disable Steam Input" on the drop down settings.  Hope it works for you guys too, good luck!

It's not working either, is there any other solutions ! I tried everything that menetioned in this thread

  • This happens to me quite often when trying to play using an Xbox controller.  On one controller, it actually messes up my calibration on my right stick.  It has a Guilikit TMR joystick in it.  But, my other controller, set up is the same, is fine... So, to sum up what everyone here is thinking...  EA... Get off your **bleep** and discover why this bug (looking down and can't do anything) when running in Steam (yes I have disabled Steam Controller in Steam, does not work) is happening.  Disconnecting every USB device to find a fault is not a solution, nor is it an answer.  If Battlefield 6 has this issue, be prepared to go the way of Ubisoft and consumers demanding refunds (I will most likely be one of them)  We pay for a game that is supposed to be bug free, or at least as close as possible, and as I understand it, this bug has persisted since its inception in 2021.  There is no reason why a controller can't work in conjunction with mouse and keyboard, especially for flying since you all but made flying with M/K as near to impossible as can be.  Whatever happened to auto leveling?
