Controller Issus on PC. Randomly looking up.

Did you change your controller schemes? I've run into the same issue and it only happens when I do that. I'm pretty sure it's because some neophyte programmer thought it would be a good idea for the game to change keybinds at the os level instead of properly programming a translation layer internal to the game itself and the game occasionally glitches out and doesn't switch them back.
