Controller Right Stick DRIFT!

The issue is with the controller right stick drift. Without any input, the aim will constantly drift upward. I've tried custom settings, default setting, and nothing helps stop the drift upward. 

I've seen this issue before, and one of the previous updates fixed it, but now it's back. Please fix this issue as it makes the game unplayable. 

I'm using Steam, Lenovo & Dell PCs (both have this issue) and an xbox controller.
