Corrupt save files (bug)

Thanks for reporting this. I just want to check with you if you have tried any troubleshooting steps yet. If not, I'd suggest using Ccleaner to uninstall the game and then fully reinstall it. That should wipe all the game files from your PC and hopefully, it will also remove the corrupt files. 

To delete them, you can try using CCleaner to clear out issues and errors.
