Couldn’t Pre-Load the game or install? This might help

So i had the same issue yesterday as I couldn’t downloaded the pre load yesterday. tho this “fix” just helped me, but maybe it’ll help someone else too(not 100% sure) but all i did was:

Uninstalled Origin

then I installed EA Play App

and at this point try to Download the preload again

thats it. It worked for me so maybe it will work for someone else too but might vary from case to case.

Just try it first before doing the workaround that i was supposed to do that ea support gave me i will attached the link they gave me but before doing it try what i did first, if still having issue then do the workaround.
