Couldn't change input or output devices.

Not allowed to change my input or output devices. The video shows me trying to while in game. They are clearly plugged in and usable. Ever since this game released some matches my mic works and others it doesn't. Which is another problem all together. I use push to talk so normally when i press the button it shows an indicator beside my name when speaking. Some games when i press it to talk it doesn't show the indicator and ppl can't hear me. Ive tried multiple headsets and mics and same issue. Its also clearly the game due to not have this issue in any other game.
