@Bolvard You're computer is fine. I installed the game last weekend and I'm in the same boat as you. There are more posts with others reporting the same issue though the mods are marking them as solved even as more people complain.
I booted up the game today and took a snip of my task manager and you can see the game using all 24 threads in my CPU with the first 12 constantly hitting the ceiling resulting in micro stutters during gameplay.
I never had this issue before with the game until season 3 so I know it was the developers who introduced it with their new CPU optimization's.

Yeah it boggles me too, they unpinned the s3 cpu 100 usage thread which means they marked it as solved, the few guys who have the problem like we do just get ignored becouse apoarently we are not a problem.
It’s been one month since s3, I couldn’t even play the new specialist zain much nor could i play the reworked manifest map or spearhead.
Becouse the game becomes unplayable after 5 minutes of gametime.
Most likely I will miss out too on the coming event.

Still 100% CPU Usage and crazy TN values during all the round. Hereby the DxDiag.

There is no reason to change anything in the computer if the problems begin with an update of the game while the minimum requirements didn't change.
We bought a game that is not playable anymore and that is not fair for us.
