Hi @Bolvard, just wanted to touch this topic a bit; if the text field, with the explanation, was empty for you, there is always the DM that you should have received stating the reasoning.

@EA_Leeuwno, there was absolutely nothing, either in my personal DMs here on the board nor anywhere else, otherwise i wouldnt ask.
But more important, is this issue brought forward to the developeners before they go into the winter holidays ?
Becouse if not it would mean that i cant play the game for months... a game i pre-ordered and payed for.Still getting 100% CPU usage , althugh i set all visual quality to max and updated to 3.1.0 update.

I don't see a problem with 95-100% CPU load
Try disabling Hyperthreading and CPU virtualization in the Bios... A lot of the performance depends on your PC build, the motherboard, its BIOS and related settings. Don't forget about the OS and the amount of programs that are running in the background...
Easy right that everybody blames the game... yep it taxes your hardware big time but with a few BIOS settings or user profiles it all runs pretty darn fine... I understand that it should run better out of the box, but if you don't try some more advanced tips you will be waiting ages for a fix...
Even did a fresh build for a friend with a AMD 5600X , 16GB of RAM and a RTX 3070 last week. Running smooth at a steady 100FPS at high preset at 1440P, no stuttering even with 100% CPU load. At stock mobo bios profilee some FPS dips and perf issues were observed. However no biggy at a 4500MHZ fixed CPU frequency at 1.2 volts... the whole family played hours on the setup.... Great cheap gaming build
