Crackling/Loss of Sound

I had this issue rarely but after the patch released on the 25th it's become a lot more common.  I'd say typically within 10 minutes of a match starting the audio will start crackling heavily before ...

    What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch the game? Do you still hear any sound issues?
