Crashes at launch

@Rokebo73 I have system mechanic ultimate defense but it's antivirus protection has been off as I've tried these last few things--not sure about a firewall as I haven't intentionally done that? no VPN

@Raethiance_v2 graphics drivers are update ?

@Raethiance_v2 Update your game.
Launch the game through Origin.
Update your graphics drivers and Windows.
Close Unnecessary background tasks.
Repair the game files.
Clear cache.
Troubleshoot in a clean boot state.

enter DXDIAG press enter
wait a fes seconds tills its done, then SAVE and post it

disable / uninstall GameManagerService3.exe (razer synapse)
disconnect TOSHIBA EXTERNAL_USB

Use msconfig to disable apps permanent each for new reboot.
DISABLE ALL other processes, apps and services from booting with windows, check instructions below:
Use the keyboard shortcut “Windows Key + R” and the “Run” window will open.
In the text box, typ MSCONFIG and press Enter or OK and the MsConfig window will open".
Select the tab STARTUP , and disable apps/programs by right click at them!
Those disabled apps will no longer boot with Windows , till ya set them enabled again !
Reboot system !!!

SFC - Windows Health Check
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
(make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Reboot your system

.SYSTEM DRIVERS AND CHIPSET UPDATE

Open the web browser and enter url: https:\\www.drivereasy.com
Click at Driver Update Tool in the upper bar and select Download Free Version.
Click at the green button with the text DOWNLOAD DRIVER EASY NOW.
When tool is downloaded select the file and run.
Install Driver Easy Tool.
Some drivers updates need to reboot your system, reboot system when needed,
continue using Driver Easy untill 'ALL' drivers are updated.
This free version allows only 1 download and 1 update at once.
Reboot your system

NETWORK RESET
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD, Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
copy and paste the following commands by pressing enter at the end of each command line:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns

Now Shut down the PC.
Unplug power cables from PC and modem/router for about 1 minute (unplug power cables).
Plugin power cable from the router/modem and wait till it's back online.
Plugin power cable from the PC.
Boot your system !!!!

Update me after all those steps, it can take some time before you done them all,
Copy past text into notepad and save it , after reboot it take much time to visit site and check those steps everytime.
